4-room terraced house 130 m2 on 4 levels, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, open fireplace, TV and DVD. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), bath-room, hand-basin, separate WC and with corner bath. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower. Exit to the balcony. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: only small pets accepted.

Gattières 20 km from Nice Centre: Cosy, comfortable terraced house, 4 storeys. In the resort, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach. Motor access to 300 m from the house. Public parking. Grocers 100 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar, bakers 300 m. Please note: car essential. Not suitable for smalll children.
