Shop 3 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course 3 km, tennis 500 m. Please note: car essential. The house is enclosed, with a pin coded gate. To be paid locally: water, according to use ,in excess of the 20m3 per week which is already included in the rental price.
