Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), open fireplace and TV. Shower/WC. Large terrace 30 m2 partly covered, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's highchair, cot. Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: only small pets accepted. -Heating extra from October to end of March. Small outside bathroom with WC, shower. washbasin, fridge and washing machine.

For shared use: grounds 1'700 m2, swimming pool heated, fenced (10 x 4 m, 01.04.-30.10.) with built-in steps. Table tennis. Private: natural state grounds 1'000 m2 (fenced). Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds.
