Beautifully modernised house. Entrance into the hall and living room where there is a sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV and doors to the terrace. Off this is the dining room and kitchen with mixed hob, fridge/small freezer, electric oven and microwave. Larger freezer and washing machine in the garage downstairs. Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms: two doubles, one with en suite bathroom with basin and wc and a twin. Bathroom with double basin and separate wc. Upstairs is a double bedroom with en suite wc and basin. Fans in all bedrooms. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen included.

Inside descriptive of the vacation rental
Position: Lorgues is just under two miles away, with the local supermarket on the way to the village about a mile away. In Lorgues there is a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The Provencal market on Tuesday is one of the best in the area. Close by are the beautiful villages of Le Thoronet, Cotignac and Carces, also the stunning hilltop villages of Aups and Fox-Amphoux. Only an hour's drive away is the stylish and vibrant Cote d'Azur where St. Tropez is an experience not to be missed. Also an hour's drive away is the historical town Aix en Provence with Nice only slightly further. There are plenty of vineyards to visit in the vicinity. Set on a wooded hillside looking down to the valley and over towards Lorgues, the gardens are well maintained with shrubs and lawns. In front of the house is the terrace with garden furniture and parasol, overlooking the pool (10x5m 26/06-11/09). Cold shower by the pool.
