Private: park 9'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 100 - 210 cm, 15.05.-30.09.) with built-in steps. Terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, fireplace. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station "Les Arcs" 3 km, sandy beach 25 km. Golf course 10 km. Please note: car essential. Sunken swimming pool in the park, down from the house.
