Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 2 pull-out beds (2 x 90 cm, length 140 cm). Open kitchen (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine, kitchen island). Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Bath/shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Oil heating. Large terrace 44 m2, garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, cot for up to 3 year olds, logs (free). Please note: only small pets accepted. Smoke alarm. There are some steps up to the house and the swimming pool. Le Lavandou: The guests live in an apartment above the house, very well separated entrance. Nice, cosy, comfortable terraced house "Blue Sun". On the outskirts, 1.2 km from the sea. Private: garden 350 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 3 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, 15.06.-30.09.). Boules. In the house: central heating. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocers, restaurant, bakers 600 m, sandy beach 1.2 km.
