Nice, cosy single-family house "Villa du Haut Banon", 2 storeys, renovated in 2009, surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Beausset, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 6 km from the sea, in the woods, east facing position. Private: grounds 3'800 m2, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 18.06.-17.09.) with alarm. 20 m long steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) in the grounds. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2 km, sandy beach "La Plage Dorée, Bandol" 6 km, shingle beach "Les Lecques, Saint Cyr Sur Mer" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. The owner's car is parked at the entrance, near the villa and the swimming pool.
