Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Beausset, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 6 km from the sea, in the woods, east facing position. Private: grounds 3'800 m2, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 01.06.-30.09.) with alarm. 20 m long steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) in the grounds.
