"La Galinette", 3-room villa 160 m2 on 2 levels, simple and nice furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Bath-room, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: (outdoor steps) mezzanine with bath/shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Small kitchenette in the entrance (oven, electric coffee machine) with dining corner. Balcony 22 m2, terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Nice view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: only small pets accepted. TV only FR. the grounds are not fenced and cannot be used. There are steps to the house and the swimming pool.

Shop 6 km, grocers 6 km, supermarket 6 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. Please note: car essential.
