Private: grounds 4 ha, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, 01.04.-05.10.). Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Shop 5 km, shopping centre 7 km, bakers 1 km, sandy beach 2 km. Please note: motorway 20 km from the property.
