The residence "Open Golf Juan" is a holiday complex in an area with century old palm trees. It has 160 apartments cosy, comfortable aparthotel. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Juan les Pins, 300 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 16 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, 01.04.-30.10.). Paddling pool. Tennis (extra), children's playground. In the house: reception, lounge, fitness room (extra). Sun terrace, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, grocers 200 m, restaurant 400 m, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: main road closeby. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Private beach (charge)with its restaurant 300 m away (road to cross). Antibes 5 km. Outdoor free parking (120 spaces) or undergound parking space (50 spaces extra Euro 28-38 per week). Reception open every day 0800-1200 and 1700-2000 hrs, saturdays 0800-1200 and 1400-2000 hrs, 0800 - 2200 hrs during summer. Included in the price: only for 2-room for 4 people "superior": the final cleaning, linen and towels, the safe. Animal, 35€ the week.
