Above Cannes, in the district of Croix de Gardes, 6 km from the centre, in the residential district, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: grounds 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (25 m2, depth 165 cm, 01.05.-31.10.) with built-in steps. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach 2.5 km. Golf course 6 km. Please note: car essential.
