Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm), shower. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm), shower/WC, exit to the terrace. Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: gallery 60 m2, with sloping ceilings with shower/WC, exit to the terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (4 cars). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Please note: the 2 bedrooms upstairs with double bed have a view of the swimming pool and the garden. The 2nd floor has a sun terrace with an unrestricted view (sea).

Private: garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Shop 1 km, grocers 1 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 6 km. Golf course 2 km. Please note: car essential. The owners live in a completely separate apartment which does not overlook. Please note: access to the property is via 2 automatic gates.
